Retail Trust Mobile App
Based in Derby, The Retail Trust (which trades as retailTRUST) is a registered charity which aims to support retail workers and those who are retired from the retail industry across the UK.
As an already established brand, retailTRUST wanted to take things to the next level with a mobile app designed to improve communication between the charity and its beneficiaries.
What we delivered…
The project brief was to create and build a mobile app specifically for its retailHUB brand, which provides wellbeing services to retailers. The app needed to accurately collate information and services comprehensively and in one place.
We collaborated with the retailHUB team and worked closely with them to develop an intuitively designed mobile app. Using a clean and polished design, we enhanced the user experience – we clearly signposted areas and made it easy for users to find relevant information.
To make it as accessible as possible, the app is available using both iOS and Android operating systems, and, it can be downloaded on both mobile and tablet devices.
The results
The app supports and showcases everything retailHUB has to offer. Its users are able to easily find information and make contact with the charity when required.
